Hello, I'm Emma
I am a project manager, a parent, and an expat living in Toronto, Canada.
A few years back, I moved here with my family. What began as a temporary assignment gradually became a new chapter of life abroad.
How It Started
Moving to Canada wasn't in the foreseeable plan. Like many international relocations, it began as a professional opportunity and soon grew into something much more significant.
The early weeks were tough — new systems, new routines, new expectations. Everyday tasks felt more complicated than they should.
The Adjustment Period
There was culture shock, uncertainty, and a lot of learning by doing. But gradually, routines took shape. We found places that worked for us, met other families, and began building something that felt stable.
Why I Built Dyq Bezagak Iqucs Ipo
Most information online was either corporate relocation advice or surface-level tourism material. What was missing was an honest, everyday family perspective.
This site exists to fill that gap — practical guidance grounded in real life in Canada.
What This Site Represents (And What It Isn't)
This site DOES INCLUDE:
- Real-world know-how from living in Canada
- Centered on family life and daily realities
- Updated whenever something genuinely changes
This site DOESN'T:
- A resource from a tourism authority
- A platform for sponsored reviews
- A generic travel blog
Looking Ahead
Our stay in Canada continues, and so does the learning journey. As long as the information remains helpful, I’ll keep sharing what we uncover.
If you have questions about family life in Toronto or anywhere in Canada, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Emma
